FAQ

How does The Juice work?

The Juice built a proprietary process and unique pedagogy that revolutionizes how people learn. It combines human ingenuity with technology supported by AI. The Juice is an interactive, personalized learning tool that greatly improves reading comprehension and critical thinking. The process starts with original daily content created for kids. The sentence structure and vocabulary is personalized to the reader’s capabilities. Translations are currently available in 72 languages. A single assessment question following each article supports analytical growth.

Who creates the content?

Our staff of award-winning educators, journalists, artists, and humorists create original content for The Juice every weekday.

Can I trust that the content is appropriate for children of all ages?

We write about topics in a way that is factual and non-biased. Our goal is to teach children how to think, not what to think. Articles and stories are initially written at four dynamic reading levels which are automatically adjusted over time as children’s skills improve. The Juice has been recognized by independent third parties for being factual and unbiased, especially important today when the kids spend an average of 8 ½ hours a day on social media.

Will my child enjoy reading The Juice?

A wide range of topics is covered that are both interesting and relevant to children of all ages as well as adults, including current events, social studies, economics, science, technology, government, medicine, wellness, sports, and pop culture. A study of more than 1,000 students who read the Juice for six weeks reported increased reading enjoyment and engagement in discussing topics with family and friends.

How do I know my child’s reading skills are improving?

The parent dashboard gives you a dashboard about your child’s participation and progress.
